Phil's knack for grabbing maximum exposure for our clients' media dollars comes from the two decades he spent managing area broadcast stations. That experience, plus the three years he ran the most prestigious ad firm in Northeastern, PA prepared him well to launch Condron & Company in 1994.
Dedicated to implementing marketing campaigns that solve client challenges and exceed objectives, Phil has guided the steady growth of Condron & Company through the addition of talented personnel, the latest research tools and up-to-date technology. He manages many of the agency's key clients and works closely with the research, creative, copy, PR and production professionals at the agency.
Phil also strongly believes in “giving back” by continually helping to grow and improve our region. He serves on 13 area non-profit and community boards, and has headed Scranton Tomorrow, MertoAction, The Burn Prevention Foundation and The Scranton Rotary Club.
Phil is a sucker for a good magic trick or an odd joke and enjoys his 4 grandchildren.

Bringing a ready smile and relentless enthusiasm to Condron & Company, John has become the friendly face of client services at the agency.
Born and raised in Scranton, John has over 20 years of experience in the private, non-profit, public and community service arena – with a majority his time spent in executive management.
Most recently, John served as Executive Director of a national non-profit association based in Washington, D.C. He is also former Executive Director of the Lackawanna Heritage Valley and Neighborhood Housing Services of Scranton.
John gained experience in the public service arena while serving in the administration of Governor Robert P. Casey as the Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Citizen Service. He is very active in our community serving on many regional boards and is the founding chairman of the Housing Services Collaborative, CityPride! and First Night Scranton.
Of course, John’s not all work and no play…While he loves American political history, old movies and the occasional competitive canoe race; most of his free time is devoted to his wife and three teenage daughters.

Kelly Hilsey is sometimes referred to as “Mother Earth” by her colleagues, due to her passion for sustainable living. In addition to a recycling box, Kelly brings over 20 years of experience to her position as Vice President & Creative Director for Condron & Company.
Kelly earned her Bachelor’s Degree from College Misericordia with a concentration in Communications Design and minors in Marketing and Business Management. After a decade of working and playing hard in the world of Manhattan advertising, John somehow ended up in the Pennsylvania mountains, where he began splitting logs and splitting time between creative work at Condron & Company and directing indie films and documentaries.
After film school, John began his career as a screenwriter for Palisades Pictures in NYC. He then joined Palisades' parent company, the Gramercy Group. As Gramercy's copywriter and video production coordinator, John won awards for his work on national accounts such as Eli Lilly, Popular Mechanics, Michelin and Barnes & Noble.

Kim is at the center of a whirlwind of activity that tends to define Condron & Company on a daily basis. A native of Lackawanna County and graduate of Bloomsburg University, she joined the agency in 1995 as marketing coordinator after holding a similar position in the banking industry.
Kim's uses her extensive media knowledge and marketing experience to keep our clients mega-happy, knowing they're getting the biggest bang for their advertising bucks.
In addition, Kim wears the hats of office and project manager, making sure the agency and clients are in sync with deliverables, pricing and timetables – or else!
When not at work, Kim can be found with her son, who is the "apple of her eye." She also enjoys shopping, reading, camping and grabbing as much quality family time as she can.

Whether on the job as Art Director for Condron & Company or on the softball field as coach, Michele brings a healthy dose of passion and dedication to everything she does. With over fifteen years of experience and a wicked eye for detail, Michele designs in a wide range of mediums for our growing and diverse client base.
Michele graduated from Marywood University with a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. She worked for The Scranton Times-Tribune and Reuben H. Donnelley Company before joining Condron & Company in 1999. In addition to her graphic design skills, Michele is a wiz with a camera and pretty darn good at answering all kinds of pesky computer questions.

Stephanie says her great strength is being able to combine both her creative and logical sides – which comes in pretty handy when she’s designing and developing all things web.
With a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts in Photography from Marywood University, Stephanie found it was easy to put her visual talents to work in print and web design. She not only spent time working for Internet services providers, Epix and Frontier, but she also worked as a desktop print specialist for the nationally renowned Highlights For Children Magazine.
When she’s not deep into coding and designing, Stephanie likes to get her hands dirty rebuilding hotrods. No...we’re not kidding! Stephanie is a bit of gear head and admits she knows more than she should about cars. When Stephanie isn’t busy helping raise her two young children, Sophia and Troy, she can be found kickboxing, reading or ingesting all kinds of pop cultural minutiae – like zombie novels.
